How quickly it ships
Most items leave us in 1-2 working days. Need it for a particular day? Tell us before you order and we'll do our best to make the postman cooperate.
Oops
Have a last look at names, dates and spellings before you hit order. If something's wrong and you catch us in time, we'll sort it. If it's already on its way (or already on your wall), you'll need to order again. If we got it wrong, we'll reprint it on the house.
Changed your mind?
Just shout as soon as you can. If we've already started designing, we can usually refund 50%. Once it's designed and printed, we can't refund - the item exists now, and it has feelings.
