Important Information!
Turnaround- During the Christmas period we aim to process all orders within 5 working days of being placed. If you require your print sooner, please contact us BEFORE ordering and we will advise whether your time frame is possible.
Mistakes- Please check the information you input thoroughly before submitting your order. If you make a mistake please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. If the print has already been posted or you realise your error once it arrives, you will have to re-order and pay again. A 10% discount code can be applied if you contact us. If the mistake is found to be ours, then we will replace the print free of charge.
Cancellations- If, for any reason, you want to cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible. If the print has already been/ is in the process of being designed then we will offer a 50% refund. If the print has been fully designed and printed then no refund will be offered.
